K-Swiss is relaunching the Classic which was the very first leather tennis shoe. I loved this show. In fact it was the first shoe as a kid I begged my parents to buy me. K-Swiss Classics and pegged pants were fire. The new Classic has also been improved with better leather, a more comfortable fit, and a much lighter overrall design. Link: $70
Everyone that knows me, knows that I love muted colors. So as part of the summer staple I highly recommmedn the Jaspe T-Shirt from JCrew. Whether you're wearing it as an undershirt, underneath a jacket, or just by itself, the Jaspé jersey V-neck T-Shirt ($32) is timelss. Made from a twisted cotton yarn using a special weaving technique, the Jaspé has a heathered feel, with a not-too-deep v-neck cut and elegant grey color. Great add on to the wardrobe.
A new live Coldplay album? Who cares. A new free live Coldplay album? Ok Whatever. As a gift/way to suck up to their fans, Coldplay is giving away its new live album Left Right Left Right Left. With a track listing that includes "Clocks," "Viva La Vida," and "Fix You." I am not a fan, but as a free download, it's worth a listen and realizing how lame they are.
Quiksilver and Takashi Kumagai (legendary designer of Porter) have teamed up on what has to be one of the coolest collaborations this year. The capsule collection features clothing and bags inspired by the surf scene of the 70s and 80s. A couple of styles to look out for are the M65-style jacket and the red blazer. Link / Source
Amazon is going the bigger is better route with the Kindle DX ($489). With a 9.7-inch paper-like e-ink screen (2.5x bigger than the standard Kindle), and measuring just over 1/3 of an inch thin (like a magazine), the new DX is definitely tall and slim. The new Kindle DX also gets auto-rotation (read in portrait or landscape mode), better image and photo display, native PDF support, 4GB of storage (good for up to 3,500 books), wireless 3G access, and a handy text-to-speech feature.
I just saw that Mercedes-Benz USA has announced that the price of its new 2010 E-Class sedan will actually drop by nearly $5,000 with the introduction of the new model next month. The current E350 base sells for $54,075, the new model, with a V6 engine and rear-wheel-drive, carries a list price of $49,475...or $4,600 less.
Rayban is Classic and the Outdoorsman is just timeless. But now Rayban has decided to flip it up with new color options, Ray Ban's got a new flavor of the classic that should appease to your need of color. I love Luminox Navy Seal Watches. Simple, clean and the glow in the dark micro gas lights on the watch are crazy. Blindingly bright and because its gas the glow power doesnt fade like my Rolex. Now Luminox is switching it up with some nice new colorways. The EVO Navy Seal is part of the Colormark Series and features a black/blue dial. The Original Navy Seal Watch comes with an all red dial. I hate the band. I would ditch it for a NATO style band.

The second colorway of the Nike Air Yeezy in Black will be out this Saturday, May 2nd, at select Nike retailers across the world. Various stores have already announced that they will be selling the second colorway, including Commonwealth in Virginia Beach and Washington D.C. Commonwealth will be giving a raffle ticket for every $25 spent and 2 raffle tickets for each Commonwealth hat or t-shirt purchased. First let me say that I love Carnavas, so I had some high expectations for Swoon. I wasn't really sure what to expect from this album, but I can honestly say that it lives up to the expectation. The band retains a similar style to Carnavas, but Swoon is a little darker and a little bit heavier. Each of the songs has a really nice progression to it and ends, more or less, differently from how it started. There are a couple standout tracks, but the whole album has a great overall flow to it so it never feels boring or repetitive. I liked it the first time I heard it, but every time I listen to it it just gets better and better.
So I hate Urban Outfitters. They sell crappy stuff and inflated prices and jump on trends and just kill them. You want a pair of Glasses from Kanyes Stronger Video? Hit up Urban.
So Kanye has another set of Kicks dropping this summer and he has released some promos for it. Here are a couple shots showing off his Louis Vuitton collaboration and his new girlfriend Amber Rose. Personally I prefer the Nike Yeezy's myself, but whatever. If you are a trust fund baby or a ball player, I am sure you will be rocking these in the club.

Back in the day, news reporters couldn't afford the luxury of a fancy designer suit. Given that some moron already did the world’s most expensive diamond-studded wedding cake worth $20 million, we now have another moron giving us a totally worthless publicity ploy with the world’s first Fantasy Diamond Cupcake. Mervis Diamond Importers claim to be the first to create a diamond cupcake, which has eight ideal cut round brilliant diamonds around its circumference and a two carat Asscher cut diamond in the center. Jonathan Mervis cites that he thinks a diamond-topped cupcake could be the ultimate in luxury to make engagements and weddings as stunning and memorable as possible. He thinks that the diamond cupcakes can be really famous among brides. Mr. Mervis hopes the dazzling dessert will be listed as the world’s first diamond cupcake in the Guinness Book of Records. The price tag on the diamond cupcake reads $30,000. They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend, but I say this diamond cupcake is for idiots.
Japanese contemporary pop artist, Takashi Murakami, created the Multicolore Monogram canvas that became the basis of one of Louis Vuitton’s most popular collections, Louis Vuitton Multicolore. As much as we loved the colorful monogram palette, this collection is revamped this season. The Multicolore Spring Palette gets an upgrade with pop colored calf skin lining similar to the Insolite wallets. There is a variety of wallets in different sizes and functions to choose from for the line, so fans of the Monogram Multicolore line can mix and match for all their needs.
To commemorate the launch of the new line, Murakami has created a short animated video, “Super First Love”. The Monogram Multicolore Spring Palette will be available Apr 28, and “Super First Love” will be presented at the Louis Vuitton store at Omotesando in Tokyo. This Canadian-American hipster quartet's first record in four years has an electrophile slickness, not to mention a set of catchy songs. Amid manicured synth-rock grooves, singer and indie-boy crush object Emily Haines delivers big refrains and spiky hooks, cooing about love on "Sick Muse" and going dark on "Help I'm Alive," a throbbing, Garbage-esque single that's bound to be played in any number of dingy indie-rock bars. Haines' lyrics don't always signify: "I'm higher than high, lower than deep," begins the vagued-out chorus to the slow-burning "Twilight Galaxy." But the tune is so fetching that you just don't care.

Limited to 1000 editions is kind of lame. I would bet that Porsche wont sell more than 5000 Cayennes total this year worldwide across the line so limiting this to 1000 does NOT make it special. They should have just ditched the metal badge and made this available without the bogus marketing. Still an amazing car.
It's got the same sensor that's in Nikon's amazing HD-video-shooting D90, so you can expect the same image and video performance. Describing it as the D90 Lite isn't so far off: It's smaller, not quite as fast and is missing the Speedlight commander, but has beginner stuff like teaching menus and 19—yes, nineteen—scene modes, from the usual suspects like Sports to more random, like Candlelight. It does have the same 11-point autofocus, 100 to 6400 expanded ISO range, and 720p video at 24fps as the D90 though.
The vari-angle display is 2.7 inches, a little smaller than 3 inches I've gotten used to on Nikons, but I suppose that's the price for freedom. The D5000 has four Live View autofocus modes, including a new Subject Tracking AF that locks onto a moving targets like cats and sugar-powered rugrats.
It's interesting that Nikon and Canon have both done the same thing at the exact same time: Pulling a sensor from a pricier mid-range camera and stuffing it into an entry-level DSLR with HD video recording. Clearly, they both have a similar sense about the direction of DSLRs, and it looks like the first real battleground is going to be in the lower levels. (Which is good for us, since it means the pricing should get nice and bloody.) For the record though, we're still waiting on that D400 with 1080p video capabilities.
If you cant wait get the D90 you will not be dissapointed.
I love Polo shirts and probably have 30-40 in black alone. Sourcing the iconic Crocodile and French brand Lacoste, United Arrows had a special range of polos developed for the brand and boutique. So we all thought only three colorways of the Nike Air Yeezy's would be released. The first one came out last weekend, the next one in May and the last one in June. Now another colorway has turned up at an official Nike event in Taipei - black/grey/fire red. Looking alot like Jordans, this colorway gets the job done for sure. The upper is simple, with the perfect about of fire red setting the right accents on the sole. I also like the patent strap and actually prefer it over the first three Air Yeezy’s. Who knows if this will actually be released, but if they are you know Commonwealth DC will have them. Via Sneakernews.
The S-Class range isn't exactly the most economical car in the Mercedes Benz lineup, but that all changes this year with the introduction of the new S400 Hybrid. The car is the same elegant Rodeo Drive cruiser you know and love with a 295 hp Hybrid engine that is capable of achieving 29 miles per gallon.
